We provide emergency service for our clients Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 10:00 pm. There is an additional fee for after-hours services. If you have a medical emergency outside of regular business hours, call the clinic at 256-442-PETS and listen carefully to the prompts. After you have left your message, please do not tie up your phone line. A doctor will call you back promptly. If the doctor cannot reach you, we will assume you no longer need our help or assistance.
If you have a medical emergency outside our emergency services hours, or if you are not a client or have not been seen in our clinic in the last 18 months and have an emergency after hours, please call the nearest emergency center for care. You may contact one of the following:
